Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Flowvio, you can request a full refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of the date it was charged. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal. You do not need to give a reason.

AI credit packs bought on top of your plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the pack’s credits have been used. The credits included in your plan are always spent first, so a pack starts being used only once that monthly allowance runs out.

Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is no longer refundable, not even in part: those credits pay for AI processing we have already incurred on your behalf. Unused credits never expire, so they stay available in your account.

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, or reply to the receipt you received for the payment. Include the receipt or order number if you have it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

A refunded subscription payment cancels the subscription, and access to paid features ends when the refund is issued. Your data stays available for a limited period so you can export it, as described in our Terms of Service.

If you only want to stop future payments, you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling keeps the service active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise or where the service was unavailable for reasons attributable to us.
