Data Deletion Instructions

When a business connects its Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business account to Flowvio, we store what is needed to run that integration:

• the name and ID of the connected Meta account, Pages and Instagram accounts, and the access tokens Meta issues for them;
• the answers people submit through that business's lead ad forms — typically name, email address and phone number;
• the messages exchanged with that business through Instagram Direct or WhatsApp.

We do not use this data for our own purposes, sell it, or share it with other businesses on the platform.

You can remove our access at any time, from either side:

In Flowvio: go to Account → Integrations → Meta account and choose Disconnect. The connection, its access tokens and the list of connected Pages are deleted immediately. A WhatsApp line is disconnected from the channel settings of the project that uses it.

In Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Flowvio and choose Remove. Meta revokes our access and we stop receiving data from that account.

Disconnecting stops new data from coming in. To also delete the leads and conversations already stored, or to close your account and erase everything in it, email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in.

If you filled in a lead form or messaged a business that uses Flowvio, that business controls your data and we process it on their behalf. You can ask them directly, or email [email protected] with the name of the business and the email address or phone number you used. We will pass your request to them and help them carry it out.

We confirm receipt of every request and complete it within 30 days. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. We may keep the minimum required by law — such as billing records — and a record that your address opted out, so that you are not contacted again by mistake.
